Placing an order includes 4 steps:

DELIVERY BY Australia Post
We cooperate with the AU Post to deliver orders to the most remote corners of our country by two types of shipments:
- Package Online.
When placing an order, a Track number assigned to the parcel, which will automatically be sent to you by SMS notification. With its help, you can always find out the location and status of the shipment on the official website of the Australia Post.
Important. For the parcel to arrive at its destination, you must correctly enter your data when placing an order: full name, full postal address, and zip code. You can pay for the parcel in any way convenient for you: in cash upon receipt or online with a bank card when placing an order. In case of payment upon receipt, Australia Post charges a commission of 2% of the amount of cash on delivery.
The storage period for the parcel is 30 calendar days.
Upon the arrival of the parcel at the place of delivery, an SMS notification will be sent to your mobile phone, which will indicate the address of the post office, where you need to appear with an identity document.
